A series of weekly talks inspired by the 2023 Lenten and Easter to Pentecost Talks where many people were transformed and empowered. As a result of these original talks came our monthly Empowerment Services. This did last year, inspire to repeat the same type of series but this time to take us through Advent through to Christmas and onwards to the end of January and the beginning of February to the day before the presentation of our Lord where he was taken to the temple.

These talks like Lent and Easter-tide, though different topics, are scheduled to run weekly through Advent 2024 and up to the end of January 2025. There are 10 talks in all in this series; the dates and topics of which are listed below.

[Saturday 27 Dec 2025] Talk 5 – Be on guard against the enemies of Christ (the Anti-Christ)

[Saturday 3 Jan 2026] Talk 6 – Moving through the New Year as Pilgrims of Hope

[Wednesday 7 Jan 2026] Talk 7 – End Times – Jesus and Mary our Secure Refuge

[Thursday 15 Jan 2026] Talk 8 – Walking in faith and not fear

[Friday 23 Jan 2026] Talk 9 – Expect the best prepare for the worst

[Friday 30 Jan 2026]Talk 10 – “Living in fellowship with the Holy Spirit”

The General outline of the meetings are as follows as a guide (Times are UK times):

1. 6:30 pm – Worship and Inspiring videos as people arrive (Please join at 6:30 pm as this is part of the evening)
2. 7.00 pm – Welcome, Introduction and opening prayers.
3. 7:15 pm – Host welcomes everyone and shares a few words before he starts the talk.
4. 7:30 pm – Talk for around 30 to 45 minutes
5. 8:15 pm – Time for Q & A and/ or Intercessions
6. 8:30 pm – Closing prayers and end to formal meeting

Following the end of the formal meeting, Spiro will stay on to pray with anyone wishing to be prayed with. Please raise your hand and if you are able switch your video on when you are invited by Spiro to come forward on zoom for prayer.
